Our repair protocol combines two advanced, heat-free, and freeze-free technologies:
Acoustic Lipolysis: Delivers high-frequency sound wave energy to rupture the membranes of problematic fat cells and reduce the volume of hardened lumps.
HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound): Targets deep subcutaneous layers to trigger collagen production and tissue contraction, smoothing out skin ridges and uneven fat distribution.
We begin with a physical assessment to analyze the hardened “ridges” and fibrotic tissue left by previous treatments. By measuring the specific density of the damaged area, we calibrate our sound-wave technology to ensure precise liquefaction and even smoothing of all irregularities.
A specialized handheld device is applied to the targeted zones. It delivers 20,000 sound wave vibrations per second. These rapid acoustic pulses rupture the membranes of the problematic fat cells—including the hardened, fibrotic tissue associated with PAH—without the need for suction or freezing.
Once the fat volume is addressed, we utilize High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). This step reaches the deeper subcutaneous layers to stimulate immediate collagen contraction. This is what “irons out” the skin surface, removing the lumpy appearance and restoring a smooth, natural contour.
The 30 to 60-minute session concludes with a thorough assessment of the symmetry and texture of the treated area. Since our protocol is non-thermal and non-invasive, there is no need for a post-treatment massage, and you will leave with no redness, bruising, or discomfort.

A typical session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes per treatment area. Because the technology is non-invasive and requires no numbing or post-treatment massage, the process is quick and convenient, allowing you to resume your day immediately after we finish in the comfort of your home.
You will see a visible softening and smoothing of the hardened ridges after just one session. While a single treatment provides an immediate reveal, most clients achieve full correction of CoolSculpting damage and PAH within 1 to 4 sessions, depending on the density of the affected tissue.
Our repair protocol can be applied to any area where CoolSculpting has left behind irregularities, lumps, or “shelving.” This includes the abdomen, flanks (love handles), submental area (double chin), inner and outer thighs, and upper arms.
You can begin our repair protocol as soon as any initial post-freezing inflammation has subsided, typically 4 to 6 weeks after your original procedure. Because our method is non-invasive and does not use suction or extreme temperatures, it can safely begin the process of smoothing out ridges and softening hardened tissue much sooner than surgical revision.
